2023 Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse and Maltreatment/Neglect

This workshop is the updated training that satisfies the recent amendments to Social Services Law Article 413 requiring the addition of ACES and Trauma, Implicit Bias and Identification of Child abuse Virtually with in the NYS mandated Identification and Reporting of Child Abuse and Maltreatment/Neglect coursework. NYS law requires that every person who has previously undergone this training to undergo the new updated training by April 1, 2025

Taking this workshop satisfies the April 2025 requirement for the updated coursework

This on-line course satisfies the New York State mandate to complete two hours of coursework in identifying and reporting of child abuse and maltreatment, a one-time training requirement for all mandated reporters.
